it's a grey time, both without and within. a bad back and worse mood abounds and i find myself having long, one-sided conversations with my best-friend who is not here. a situation easily remedied with a phone call of course, but i haven't made it yet- crap.

2 artists currently hogging my playlist
excellent new british rapper 'TEef', you can d/l his songs for whatever price you want to pay for them (yes, even 0!) there are about 3-4 stand-out tracks on it... sample away!

bwuhahaha! is he not FABULOUS? more tracks to follow, but just to keep things nice and mixed-nuts like, here's the super fun 'kids of 88' with 'ribbons of light'

hmmmmm, i'm trying to post martin newell's 'gamma ray blue' video here, but trawling does not seem to be yielding decent results. it's an old british electronic track (a bit geeky, but stays just within my line of acceptable)

right, so i've become a somewhat prolific net-scourer for interesting tunes as many of us are, here are some of the ones that grabbed the fancies.
no 80's child can resist chiptunes.
8 Bit Weapon - Closer (Bitpop Mix) by 8 Bit Weapon
a sexy, groovy song from a 23-year old white male- huh?
can't wait for this album to come out...
and while we're on the topic of 'robert smith'esque artists, here's the real deal. my favourite track from 'the cure'
electric barberella!
